Vane Replacement for Gast 0523 Pump

The K478 Vane Kit is the compatible repair kit for Gast 0523 and 0323 oil-less models with internal filtration. The kit includes four vanes, one gasket, two internal filters and two o-rings. A new rebuild kit is recommended every two years.

Gast compressors provide many years of dependable service but due to continual wear over time some compressor components may need to be replaced in order to continue to provide the proper air flow. Instead of purchasing a new pump, you may need to just replace some internal components.

The AK510 Plastic Stem is the replacement end cap for Gast 23 Series Rotary Vane Compressors as well as the AT03 and AT05 models.

The AC393 Orange Filter Element is a replacement for the AC432 assembly. This filter maximizes and protects the performance of the Gast pump. Recommended change interval is every 6 months.

The B344A External Felt Filter is the replacement part for Gast B343B External Filter Assembly. TWO REQUIRED per assembly for models 0323, 0523, AT03, AT05, RV03 and RV05.

The Gast 0523 Rotary Vane Air Compressor is a rotary vane type compressor/vacuum pump used for 500GPD aerobic septic tanks. This pump can be used as a compatible replacement for Gast 0323, 0523, RV03, RV05, Thomas QR-0030 and QR-0050 units.

The Gast 0523 Rotary Vane Air Compressor pump includes an internal muffler and filter silenced for quieter operation, a thermal protector to protect the motor from overheating and burning out as well as an integrated foot support assembly to make mounting the 0523 pump easier.
