    Faulty Timer/ No solution.
    I purchased the Red Alert P101FA-2 to work with my Flagg-Air 340HT. This control panel has a faulty timer that does not stay set. The pins move on their own, making the timer defective. I was sent a replacement that was also defective in the same manor. Customer service did not help me with any solutions. Rather they told me my neighbor was likely pranking me even after I distinctly clarified I live in the middle of nowhere. Still looking for a solution as to why this product is defective. As of now I do not recommend this product.
